Terms of service
- In all services, Technical Support is offered to the contact person designated by your company during the following hours (CET/CEST):
- From 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. M-F by telephone.
- 24h, every day of the week by the Incident System (web service) and email.
- You need a personal computer with at least 2 GB of RAM with Windows, macOS or GNU/Linux operating system and a recent version of a web browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari.
- You also require an internet connection. For the synchronization of numerous files, a minimum donwload/upload speed connection of 30mbps is necessary.
- For video conferences, it is necessary to have a webcam and microphone in addition to the browser being compatible with the WebRTC standard. Up to 3-4 simultaneous users in the conference integrated with Nextcloud Talk. For larger implantation, please contact us.
- To use the Mail application, the client must already have an IMAP / SMTP email system.
- Nextcloud’s service with all the applications supported in Apps Store from Nextcloud.
- Nextcloud’s subscriptions apply for instance with more than 100 users.
- These conditions are applicable for clients in Europe. For other countries, please contact us. Each year, the amounts will be reviewed.
